Liz Barrett OBE DL

Liz has worked in Lifelong Learning for over 20 years and is passionate about the opportunities and life chances it enables. She actively strives to embed inclusivity in to all that she does, is focused upon challenging social mobility, raising aspirations within the communities that she serves and is very much an innovator and change maker.

Lee Fletcher

I am the Director of Let’s All Eat, where I help run St John’s Food Pantry in Sutton-in-Ashfield on Mondays from 1pm to 3pm. I also serve as the Deputy Chairman at Mary’s Food Bank and volunteer as an advanced first aider for St John Ambulance.

Simon Martin MBE

Simon was a co-founder of Let’s All Eat CIC (LAE) in 2015 and alongside colleagues has steered it from its genesis as a social eating Project to one of Nottinghamshire’s foremost food poverty relief organisations during the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequently. Simon works as a senior leader in adult, community and further education across mid-Nottinghamshire.

Fran Marshall

My name is Fran Marshall and as a director of LAE I try and support the absolutely amazing work of the LAE team in any way I can. I am a proud member of the support staff team at a local primary school and community spirit and belonging is something I hold very dear to my heart.

Rev'd Julie Cotterill

I’m Rev’d Julie Cotterill and the vicar at the Parish Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sutton. I’ve worked and lived in Sutton for the last fourteen years, gaining a good knowledge of the area and it’s needs. I believe LAE and projects like it are vital to this community and as such lend my support as a director.
